Mountain View Apartments, Sylmar California

Three newly constructed buildings comprising 135-unit Mountain View Apartments in Sylmar, California, in the northern San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles.

Currently under construction by California Home Builders, this project is due to be completed in January and April of 2007. Building 1 is a 39-unit senior citizen apartment complex. Building 2 and 3 are also 3-stories, consisting of 48 units each. All of the buildings are designed in a style representing modern Mediterranean architecture.

Each unit is equipped with custom cabinets, faux granite and marble counter tops, Whirlpool appliances including gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
