Highroad Realty & Management, Inc.  [HRM] is able to arrange equity capital for new acquisitions or programmatic investing.  Through private placement offerings or syndications, HRM will secure the appropriate level of equity to maximize the investor’s return while minimizing risk.

We seek to arrange a promote structure that adequately incentivizes and compensates the General Partner while providing risk-adjusted returns for the equity capital.
